EDX. Error=JobIsAlreadyRunningAndShouldNotBeQueued (8.5)

Running publisher 8.5 and the error

The task "EDXT_PD_CNRS" failed. Cause=Exception. Exception=System.Exception: Could not request EDX. Error=JobIsAlreadyRunningAndShouldNotBeQueued at XSMain.TriggerEDXTask.InternalExecute() at XSMain.AbstractTask.InternalExecute2()

This is strange as I've requested it to queue.

Can anyone help with this please?
