Every time asking to save while reload

Hi,

In production, i have an application and while reloading every time it is asking to save every time.

Can any one help why i am getting this?

Whether the complete reload is successful with out any errors ?. Try omitting the errors and see if it's not prompting.

Also try in other machine where you have complete admin access, May be none server environment.
