Getting Error while configuring "Configurable ODBC" in the management console

Hi Experts,

I am stuck in a MIGRATION activity of a multi node Qlikview server where everything looks Ok till now except the configuration for "Configurable ODBC" which we use for Qlikview security.

I have 3 nodes on which directory services are installed

When i am trying to configure the "Configurable ODBC" with the correct parameters i am getting errors in the log files as below 

"Exception when connecting to the data source: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out."

I have checked with the DBA team and nothing seems to be the problem we have checked by connecting from the same 3 nodes via SSMS and it connects without a problem.

I also try to delete the existing connection which was present due to migration of the QVPR files through the management console but it simply does not get deleted. 

Your help would be greatly appreciated .
