Getting error in QlikView Access Point

Hi QlikView Community,

I am getting this warning in  QlikView Management Console (QMC)

Warning: Searching using "UserAndGroupName" using parameter "LOGIN" skip because no values were found

Warning: Dynamic distribution returned no recipients using "UserAndGroupName" using parameter "LOGIN".

Please help me how can i rectify it ??

Can you please post a screen capture of the error? Also, what is the full build version of QlikView Server (e.g. 12.60.20200)?
