How can I be able IE Plugin and Java on the QV Sever 9 ?

I installed QlikView Server and licensed, and on the access point don´t be able IE Plugin, Java and Downloads when i try to open, able just AJAX like the figure below:

I dont know why cant attach image here.....

Did you install the plugin on the server? It's not automatically installed with QVS...As far as Java, it might be that either you don't have the latest Java framework installed on the server, or your IE settings are set too high.

I had installed on the server, and that´s ok on the server, but not enabled on the client!!!!

You need to install the Plugin on each client computer. You can do this manually, push out the MSI package across the domain (this can get a little complicated), or follow the instructions in our blog entry to set up the AccessPoint to automatically prompt a user to install the Plugin if it's not already installed: http://naturalsynergies.com/content.php?page=28
