How can I set up a disaster server in QlikView?

Hi Expert

I am triying to start working to create a DISASTER Server, that would be UP only if Production have  a problem.

This is a new instance of a new server(is not be the same of PRD).

How i can RESTORE the NAMED and DOCUMENT license from the PRD server to my new server 2? what files i should copy and move and the modify?

.pgo file?

how can i edit and change the SERVER NAME(because this file are autogenerate by qlik)

and how other files I have to copy and modify to complete restore the server PRD and have the same in  my new server 2?

Thanks, Fernando

Hello ,

This article link may help as it describes how restore the QS database to a new server. Also Qlik Sense has a failover functionality. If not you can reach out to your account manager and perhaps they can arrange a brief discussion with a solutions architect.
