How many user-bookmarks can a user set?

I have a user that has 10 bookmarks and when he created the 11th i didn't show up in the bookmarks menu directly. It seems to be a restriction due to fast commands as Ctrl+Shift+1 ---> Ctrl+Shift+9 (10 slots). Is that true?

Correct. But the number of bookmarks is not limimited. Contol + Shift + B or Menu Bookmarks > More will display the dialog box she's looking for
