Our QlikView version is 12.0.20500 SR6 which I believe supports TLS 1.2
For security reasons we disabled TLS 1.0 but this seems to caused Qlikview jobs to fail with no data being pulled into Qlikview. How do we make our Qlikview use TLS 1.2 ?
TLS 1.2 is enabled in the registry and in Internet Explorer
Do we need to make changes within the configuration of Qlikview to use TLS 1.2 and how do we do this?

Document logs if enabled are going to be located in the mounted folder where the Published QVW resides. If you do not know where the mounted folders are you just need to look in the QMC> System>QlikView Server>Folders If you do not see a document log in that mounted folder then you need to make sure that document logging is enabled. From what I see in this task log,
"QDSMain.Exceptions.LogBucketErrorException: The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully." This means that the source document did not reload successfully. The Document log will provide the necessary information to troubleshoot that.

cheers , yeah no log s in the documents folder so went to that link and it say to open the Documents Properties from the Personal edition app. This does not exist on my GUI only File, View, Settings, Tools, Window and Help
12.0 is an old version that is out of support. There were some issues in this version that have been corrected in later versions so I strongly recommend that you upgrade.
That site states that QlikView 12.00 SR1 and later supports TLS 1.2 and since we have 12.0.20500 SR8 then it should be supported on our version as well.
