Thank you for the reply.

In server side, there will pop up a window asking whether to 'save' or 'open' the file.

Tried to add the server site as a trusted site in client side 'internet option', but client side new window still pop up as blank and say internet needs connection.

Qlikview Management Console/System/Qlikview Servers/Print/URL
