How to keep "And mode" when you empty the selection list and then re-filled ?

hi dears experts,

I created a selection list with the attribute "And mode".

For distribution reasons, I have to empty the data before saving the .qvw file.

But, when the user opens the .qvw file and loads its own data, he must reactivate the "And Mode" option.

Is there a way to keep this box checked?
