How to log out an user based on IIS's session variables?

We have a server (win 2008 + QV server 11sr2 + WebPortal (aspx)) The issue is that some users skips the WebPortal login to get acces directly to the QV document. Can that be avoided?  is the title of this topic a feasible alternative?
