How to make automation in Qlik View QMC

We are using Qlik View QMC tasks.

Requirements: If I tried to change anything on the tasks, especially on Trigger => Task execution Options. Need to send automatic email. Is it possible ?

Hello  @balajibc64,

Receiving email notifications on all the changes (or any) done on your tasks of the QMC is not possible out the box.

My advise if you have the need to audit the QMC changes, would be enabling the audit logs of the QMC and then pull those logs into a QlikView app and create the different charts based on your needs.

See - Instructions on how to enable Audit Logging in the... - Qlik Community - 1480592

Cheers,

Albert

Hi @balajibc64,

I'm not following your request here. Can you please clarify what event you would like to receive an email alert about?

If you are referring to an email alert on a distribution task, please refer to Qlik KB article Sending reports by email and receiving alerts using QlikView Publisher and QlikView Server or Deskto.... This article is very comprehensive and includes links to other articles and QlikView Help entries.
