How to understand the longest task on a task tree?

Hi all,

I'm running 5 different QVD generators at same time and then I need to reload my qlikview document which includes concatenated tables from that 5 different QVD generators.

Currently, I connected qlikview document to the longest task according to task execution times but, sometime unexpected tasks takes long time. Therefore my final qlikview document does not get all updated data.

Is there a way to understand it dynamically and trigger my final qlikview document upon success of the longest task?

Thanks!

I have found solution on QMC.

I do not know why but I was always ignoring the last option on dropdown list of triggers.

I chose "on multiple events completed." and it works!

Hi Ibrahim,

Instead of running 5 QVD Generators at a time, you can create dependent tasks.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Ananda,

It doubles my execution process. Therefore I have to run them all at the same time to get the quickest result.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi Ibrahim,

Then you can add these 5 QV Tasks as a successor to the final QV document task.

i.e., you have to choose multiple events completed.

Thanks & Regards
