Importing a QV project from one company to another - Qlik Community

Hi,

We have had some qlikview work done for us by another compnay, whilst we were getting our server deployed. Now we want to host the files. Is it simply a case of copying all the *.qvw files over? Is there an export/import tool to handle this?

Advice would be appreciated!

Hi Mike,

That is basically it. However, you will have to make sure you have access to all the data sources and that the connects (ODBC, etc) are setup correctly on the server.
