Installing QlikView desktop onto a Windows tablet

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone has been able to install QlikView desktop onto a Windows tablet.

Here are the specs of a tablet:

Do you think QlikView can be installed onto a tablet with the above specs?

Thanks

I finally received my Windows tablet and I was able to install QlikView 32bit on my tablet which has the below specs:

And it runs flawlessly and fast. One trick that I had to do was to right click on the exe file to bring up the properties window and change the compatibility mode to Windows 7:

Hope this helps everyone.

Thanks

The system requirements document requires or recommend 4 GB RAM, a Core 2 Duo processor, 300 MB free disk space and if using Windows 8, a 64 bit Windows. I've seen it running in settings below these requirements / recommendations. But don't expect a good performance especially with applications exceeding some very simple data models and charts.

In total, I haven't tested an installation on your specific HW specs, but I would just give it a try.

Hi Sinan,,

The only thing I would say is give it a try. However, I would look at Qlik Sense for this.
