Is it possible to schedule document reloads to run only Monday-Friday?

In the Enterprise Management Console, is it possible to schedule documents to only be loaded Monday-Friday, and not on Saturday or Sunday?  We do not have publisher, so can only use scheduling options that do not require Publisher.

Check this thread. We are discussing about a similar issue there, and the conditional should work, as well as the Windows Scheduler.
