Is it possible to upgrade directly from QlikView Server 11.20 SR 12 to QlikView November 2018

Also, we do not use the Publisher, so would reload tasks be converted without issues in QMC?

11.20 SR 12 to November 2018 is a supported upgrade path. 

We'd recommend reading up on behaviour changes and upgrade preparations before getting started though. 

You can find a lot of that here (kb 000047422). This has links to What's New information, as well as our official Upgrade section on our Help. 

Reload tasks without (or with) a publisher license will come along in the upgrade, as long as you stay on the same license type. Adding a Publisher license would require you to redo them.
