Hi, I want to ask you if somebody knows where I can find description of the errors the server denotes with criticality 1.
I would like to have such manual if possible
E.g. Description of the following that happened the last month on my server:
Server: An exception (C) occured during open of QVW/CorporateClients.qvw. |
qvpx: Exception while handling request |
Shared - CreateMetaData: Object ID already exists |
Shared: Error on DeleteBlob for object of type Bookmark, user: , id: BM02-13 |
No reference whatsoever as to what is the technical essence behind these errors??
My client is getting the same thing. I believe he deleted the shared file before this occurred. Did you ever resolve this?
Hi Debbie,
Use Shared File Repair from Power Tools, that should help u out, before repair, verify in the options and make a backup of them.
Is this server with the Phoenix Restart that u r talking about, did u get it fixed?
Cheers
thank you. They turned off performance monitor and it stopped but still having server issues. I think a big part of it is very large files with synthetic links and many-to-many links between long tables but not 100% sure this is the main cause. Working with Qlik on that issue now.
Shared files corruption could cause on the server:
Server inestabiliti
File deadlocking
Unexplained restarts
Restricts document access
Server object anomalies
Loss of server objects and bookmarks
Inconsisten server behavior.
That´s Qliktech´s answer
So let´s see them if this sound familiar in your server
Cheers
Thank you
