Shared Library allows you to create artifacts that can then be re-used across multiple Projects.
For example, if you have 3 Projects that all connect to the same data source, instead of creating the same connection 3 times (once per Project), you can create the connection once in the Shared Library and then reference it in each Project. You'll have to first create a Library Reference from the Project itself.
