Loa excelfil from intranet

Hello

I have a application that read from a excelfil on our intranet. It works if I run it on my desktop version but fails when
I run it on publsiher. The loggfile says it is "Error: Bad Zip File".

Does anyone know what is wrong?

Does it mean that it findsthe file but can't open it. When I open the intranet with the publishers username it can open the file without a loggin.

Is the Excel file exactly the same?

Perhabs you can add it as a Network drive and create the network drive as folder in Qlik Sense?

Another idea is that you look in your services which user owns the Qlik Services.

Is it the user with access to the file?

It is Qlikview and not Qlik Sense

It is the same Excelfile. I can't use a Network drive, we must have the file on the intranet. The owner of the Publisher have access to the file and there is no firewalls between the server that host the intranet and the server that host the Publisher.

this could be a xls/xlsx problem, do you have the same Version of Excel installed on intranet and qv-server?

I don't know what happen but suddenly it start to work without I changed anything. Thanks for your help.
