We are faced with a problem of when sending requests to the QlikViewClient for report (Qlik v11), when the request it over 1 minute, we get a popup with Lost Connection, reconnecting. It does not do this when using AccessPoint, which made me think it is the our application.
Our application is a classic asp site with an Iframe to host the opendoc URL for the qlikview dashboard, I have set session timeout on the application throughout for at least 30 mins.
Here is a list of what I have done
- Used another thread (Lost connection to server, reconnecting) and no luck
- I have amended Opendoc.htm - to ping every second.
- I have checked the Performance settings on the Qlik server.
- I cannot see any logs about the disconnecting
- We don't have QlikTech so I cannot find the config.xml.
Any help or suggests, that would be greatly appreciated.
