We are changing the folder structure of our apps for better control over security.
A reply to a post from @Miguel Angel Baeyens states these steps. Is this still the order of events to follow?

Thank you
Yes
Our current path for root is:
F:\QlikViewProduction\Documents
with all the Marketing, Sales subfolders below.
Under the new structure we are looking to put all subfolders under a new root of
F:\QlikViewProduction\
Any foreseeable hiccups with this?
Thanks
That should be fine. If you don't move your Root folder, but only your mounted folders it should be totally painless.
Don't forget to check if your documents use absolute paths that will change because of this move. You can test the process by first moving only one or two documents (or create some test documents for the purpose).
How about Document CALs?
Treat them like the reload tasks: release, move documents then reassign.

Hi Darrin,
You may want to take a look at my blog posting on setting up a sensible folder structure:
As Gysbert says though, you need to be careful to remove reload tasks and document CALs before you move things if you are changing the folder structure on an existing server.

Followup to my original question.
Can you export out the tasks you have created or do you have to go through each and write down the schedules?
Thanks again.
