Hi,
we experience bad NPrinting performance at our different customers around the world.
Sometimes, NPrinitng does not send reports accurately and we can't find explicit reason for that.
Sometimes, NPrinting does not send reports because its service is down or Qlikview service is down.
So, what set of actions should we do in order to prevent this situation?

Well - it is some malfunction in the operation of the software so it is definitely something they need to have a look at and give guidance on how to solve. My experience in Norway is that when I contact support with a specific customer reference to an operational system that is running in production they respond very quickly.
I have several times experienced that an expert support representative calling back from England taking remote control and fixing or diagnosing the problem on the fly within the hour...
I send e-mail to support - that way they can escalate out of local support rather quickly if neccessary...
