Passing the selection values to Access Point URL

Hi Folks, Is there any way to pass the selection values to Access Point URL like below:

http://localhost/QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?document=Publish/BottleNeckProductsAnalyzer.qvw&host=QVSClust...

The red part is the idea of passing values.

I am looking for similar like document chaining.
