Print report is not working on AJAX pulgin

Hi Folks, the print report option is not working on AJAX plugin, but it working fine on IE Plugin.

We already tried to change the PDFPrintTimeoutInSeconds (setting 7 in Settings.ini file) to 120 seconds on server.

We are using 11.2 SR2 version server.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference. Can you change any settings for AJAX plugin or is there any bug in 11.2SR2 ?

Hi,

To start the Plug-in uses the Client's machine to print and AJAX uses the server to print. You will need to make sure that the "Print Spooler" service is running and that the PDF-XChange 3 is installed.

We are creating 4 reports on the qvw and we had a problem with only one report is not working on the AJAX client. Rest 3 reports print report option works on both IE Pulg-in & AJAX client
