Problem on reloading sharepoint files

We are receiving an error when we try to reload the data using QV Desktop on the server (same as distribution service). We have to access the network path once using windows explorer and then both of QV desktop and publisher starts running the reload/task without any issues. We have been running into this issue every time we reboot the Publisher machine. Anyone has any idea on how to resolve the issue?

On the .qvw file, we are reading a sharepoint using the network path, so the QV can read all the files in the folder using wild card (*).

If I try to reload the file in my machine (not in the publisher), this error doesn't happen.

The problem was fixed by installing desktop experience feature + add registry value in regedit + start web cliente service on the server.
