Qlik license not renewed

Hello,

Our Qlik server stopped working because the license has expired. We have paid our bills. The license is a OEM exact Qlik installation that we need for our day to day business control. Auto update of the license file doesn't seem to work?

Hi @broense,

Check the QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server > QlikView Server License tab to see if your currently applied license is up to date.  For QlikView Server, an up to date license will have a future end date provisioned for the PRODUCTLEVEL entry such as PRODUCTLEVEL;10;;2023-01-31.  Then use the Manual LEF checker URL to check to see if your license is up to date.

If the license is up to date, try using the Update License From Server button on the QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server > QlikView Server License tab.  If this doesn't work, try copying the full LEF from the Manual LEF checker and paste it into the Paste the contents of the LEF file here (optional): section.  Note that both of these methods will restart the QlikView Server service.

If the license is not up to date, contact your Qlik OEM Partner manager for assistance.  Your Qlik manager is the point of contact for any license based issue.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards
