QlikView AP freezes when any QVS is high loaded

Hello!
We have a cluster of 4 QVS. Also w
e have report with huge table that users need to export. When multiple users perform an export operation, the QVS server CPU load is approximately 100% and the access point hangs. But the other 3 QVS servers are not loaded.
Our config:
4 bare metal - QVS, DSC
3 bare metal - QDS
1 VM - QMS
1 VM - IIS, QVWS
Is there a workaround without deleting this report with table?

I have no experiences with clustered environments but it sounds like an issue with the load-balancing which may entirely disabled or has unsuitable settings for certain thresholds and/or is disabled on the document-level and/or is impacting by other settings like "Allow only one copy of document in memory" or similar stuff.

Thanks for the answer!
Yes, we use load balancing and I can't imagine how we can live without it. Because we have a lot of reports. And the option “Allow only one copy of a document to be stored in memory” is extremely useful for us, it saves RAM.

This may be a bug in the load balancing logic, where the access point waits for a response from all nodes in the QVS cluster.

May be we should change the CPU Affinity or/and CPU Throttle?
