You will not find it, as the Session logs are not written until the session closes... The only way to capture things would be to use the Audit Logging:
As far as the GDB issue, please review the Help for starters to be sure you have everything properly configured:

Then please attach the Script/Document log, so we can have a look at what is being thrown there...

Well, your screenshots appear to match the number of errors reported in the script log, 9 total, 2 Field not Found, 2 General and 1 Table not Found. The only thing I can figure at this point is the QVD files may be screwed up, the best way to confirm this is to move the GDB app to a different folder location and run it from there, as that will have it create new QVD files, which means it is going to take some time to run depending upon how many logs you have etc., but if that runs successfully, that will confirm the issue was in the QVD files. Best I have for the moment.

Brett

I would recommend you open a support case, as I cannot troubleshoot it via Community, someone will need to do a WebEx to have a direct look at what you are doing...

Do you have a QlikView license, or are you just using Personal Edition only? If the latter, then you will not be able to open a support case, but if you do have a license, and you are current on maintenance, then you can go to the Customer Portal and open the case there.

Brett
