QlikView Server Error

Hello:

While conducting some performance tests on one of our QlikView servers we ended up losing connection to the server and we were unable to perform any more actions on our documents.

In looking at the Event Logs the following error message was posted by the QlikView Management Service every 6 secs:

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

   at QlikTech.NetClient.QvClient.GetMessageSizeFromSocket(Double timeout)

   at QlikTech.NetClient.QvClient.Execute(String request)

   at Wrappers.QVSWrapper.CallFunction(String methodname, String iStartElement, String iStartAttribute, IXmlSerializable arguments, IXmlSerializable outpar, String& message, Byte[][] attachments)

   at QMSBackendCore.Communication.QlikViewServer.GetAdminDocList(QlikViewServerResource qvsResource, eDocumentListType listType)

   at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.GetUserDocumentList(Guid qvsID)

   at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.Diagnostics.CacheDocumentAvailable()

The server has a max am of 256 GB and the QlikView Workset Limit is set between 70% and 90%.  At the time we encountered the error the memory consumption was at 204 GB, which is only about 80% of available RAM.

We are therefore puzzled as to what might have caused the problem and appreciate your help in the diagnosis.
