QlikView very very slow

Qlikview fat clients used to be fast as lightning (both on local computers and on remote desktop - windows 2019). But since a few weeks even the most simple selection takes over 10 seconds and the client says 'not responding'. Especially the RDP clients are very slow (enough memory and cpu).

Qlikview via the web accesspoint is quick as usual. The QV desktop client is the problem. We are using  12.0.20400 SR5.

Any idea's? Maybe a Windows update ore something?

Hi @renzedegraaf,

Support for the 12.0.XX version ended in November 2018, so suggest that you upgrade to the latest version (12.50) so that you can engage with Qlik Support if needed.  Thanks!

I downloaded version April 2020 SR4 and Im planning the update... This should do the trick! Thanks for your quick responses!

Just posted a reply in another thread. We finally had our issue resolved via Windows Update.
