Qlikview 11.2 SR7 and PDF report issue

Hi,

I am creating PDF reports from one Qlikview application and since I upgraded to Qlikview 11.20 SR7 it does not work when I try to generate a report empty of data.

For end users (using AJAX) no report is created it just stays on the page "Print Report".

With the Qlikview Desktop application, the application stops with a "Qlikview has stopped" message.

My problem is that I generate mass reporting with several filters and some are empty of data (eg no data for one customer during the month). This isssue prevents me from running my mass generation.

I have already looked on the web for similar issues but did not find anything.

Hi,

It does work when we there is some data. It just that for some customers the report is empty and this is when the PDF creation is failing.

I will get a copy of the application to share if it can help.
