Qlikview 12 Lease License issue

Hi everyone,

I am facing this strange issue while leasing the license from server. And I am not able to figure out what is causing it. My qlikview server version is 12. When I try to lease a license from there to Qlikview desktop v12, it shows following error message (image attached).

HOWEVER, when I try to lease license on Qlikview desktp v11 (from the same server), it works perfectly fine.

Will really appreciate the help on this! Thanks in Advance.

Does this error occur on every computer with QlikView Desktop attempting to lease license from the v12 QVS? Does the error occur on specific computers with QlikView Desktop attempting to lease license from the v12 QVS?

Hey Neeraj,

Can you verify that port 4747 is open by using telnet?

telnet <servername> 4747 or telnet <server ip address> 4747
