Qlikview Crashing

Hope somebody can help out with the following.

Every once in a while (1-2 times a week) Qlikview crashes. It stops the reloading of the files.

In windows events I found the following two erros at the time that the problem started:

Does anybody have a clue how to fix this issue? Or what causes it?

We are having the same problem with QVS.EXE crashing although we only get the fist error you display, not the second.

At the weekend we upgraded to the nlatest version 11.2 Service Release 1  (11.20.11718.0)  but this has not resolved it.

I'll post on this thread anything interesting we find.
