Qlikview Report unable to view in Access point

Hi,

Recently I have published some Qlikview reports in server and i couldn't view it in Access point. I have user CAL license assigned to my EMPID. Can anyone help me?

how much time it takes that qlikview CAL license in effect?

We also have this problem on qlikview server 9.0 SR3 7440.

When i am reloading the files on qlikview server version 8.5, there are no problems.

How did you setup distribution in the source document? If you publish to a folder you must define the users with access to the report.

Yes I m publishing to the folder. I have the added users in recipents field as well in Distribute tab of QEMC. And also i assigned CAL license to those users. But user couldn't view that report in Access point.
