Hello All,
I upgraded Qlikview server from 11.0 SR 2 to 11.2 SR8 on saturday,
It worked fine on Sunday but today the QV server services restarting every 12 minutes.
Please help..
Thanks,
Alkesh
Hi Alkesh,
Unfortunatelly I didn't see such situation before but it really looks like not a QV issue or at least it is not directly connected with QV. Give a look at https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/9605038d-114d-48e9-a982-fbb1b47026fe/phoenix-detec....
Wish you luck.
Best regards,
Maxim
Thanx maxim for your suggestion, but that page is in some different language.
Hello tresesco,
You were right, QlikTech gave the same answer and We even applied it, still the problem is the same.
More over the issues are getting increased day by day from performance to authentication.
We are troubleshooting it one by one but the list seems to be unending.
Was just wondering, by any change, would it be possible to downgrade the server back to 11.0 SR2 from 11.2 SR8.
Guess that would be the best solution as of now, as users PAN India are getting affected since one week.
Waiting for your inputs.
Regards,
Alkesh
This error indicates an issue with CPU / RAM or mostly the Windows Performance Monitor. Best is to rebuild this as described at How to manually rebuild Performance Counter Library values
Issue is the same, even after rebuilding the performance monitor.
how big is the machine? if it is pretty large, I would increase the Performance logging time from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. Sometimes when Qlikview tries to write the performance log and the server has to much data to write it make QV to get stuck.

Already done....changed from 5 to 9999 minutes, still the issue is the same
do you have everything in one box? QVS, PUB, WEBSERVER, etc.?
Yes.
Alkesh, did you ever correct your Phoenix errors?
We are experiencing these errors and would really appreciate any follow up you might have on the solution.
Thank you.
