Qlikview Server down

Hi,

I tried to install extensions on Qlikview server. I followed this link to install.

When I tried to copy paste the content of the extension to the server manually, I got an windows error saying I do not have permission to copy/paste. So next I did was changed the ownership of Qlikviewserver folder so that I could copy the folder. Once the folder was copied into the Qlikviewserver\Extension folder, I reverted back the ownership of Qlikviewserver folder. Since then I am not able to run any qlikview report/dashboard. I get a message saying files corrupted. I can run the task in publisher. But while running the report via Accesspoint I get files corrupted message.

Can someone please provide a solution. Did I missed anything?
