Qlikview Server with Windows 2008 ENTERPRISE 32 bits with 24 GB of RAM was stopped

I have a server with Windows 2008 ENTERPRISE  32 bits with 24 GB of RAM and with Qlikview 11.2 SR8, and Yesterday Monday round the 9:30 am for some motive the server stopped.

In the logs I find this:

Memory: Total memory exhausted. Attempting recovery: allocating 8.25894e-317 MB.

Restart: Server aborted trying to recover by restart. Reason for restart: Internal inconsistency, type D, detected.

The captures are of the governance dashboard.

I would like to know if exist the posibility that the server can't use all the RAM available? or the problem will be another
