I have a Qlikview Webserver "WS1" that is internal with Full Installation and another server "IIS1" in DMZ that is installed with IIS only.
The ports and firewalls are opened up between these 2 servers.
I have set up the IIS App Pool and changed the Config.Xml in IIS1 server to point to WS1. When I opened up AccessPoint, I got MESSAGE: NO SERVER
The log within Web Server showed that it failed to connect to server.

Please share your suggestion on how to resolve the issue. Thank you
Cherry
Have you tried restarting the app server and web server already? Once restarted kindly verify the settings in QMC.
Thank you for your feedback Sudeep.
Yes, I have restarted both App server and IIS server. The settings in CMC still showed that IIS1 server is disconnected.
Error indicates that You did not configured binding of site in IIS.
Hi Sunil,
Could you provide more detail steps on configuration of IIS? I'm not familiar with that. Thank you.
Rgiht click on Website in IIS and map you IP address there.
REstart Qlikview Services then it will work.
Hi,
1. The server in the DMZ is it part of the Domain that QVS server is?
2. Is the Application Pool running under an account that is a member of the QlikView Administrator Group on the QVS server?
3. Is port 4747 open in the firewall between the two servers.
Bill

Update:
After restarting the QVS server, the CMC now recognized the server in DMZ; however, from AccessPoint, it still shows Message: No Server
How do I resolve this issue? I spent a lot of time and still could not resolve it. Thank you.
