Qlikview - openning images not displaying in release 12.50 SR4 with AJAX

Hi!

We have setted an oppenning image at the Qlikview document.

When we open the document via Desktop the image appears.

When we open the document via Acces_Point (AJAX client), the image is not displayed.

This happened after the las release migration to 12.50.

We are looking foward to hearing from you.

Hi @Marta_Serra,

First, support for QlikView Server v12.50 reached end of life six months ago. The current supported versions of QVS are 12.60 & 12.70.

Is the image in the QVW stored locally on the server running QVS? If not, then this is the most likely reason. Is the image a file (.png, etc.) or a displayed from a hyperlink?

Best Regards

Hi,

12.50 has reached EOL, but I know in an older version there was an issue with this.

First try to reload/distribution of the QVW. If that does fix it, on the server open the QVW with Qlik Desktop and add the image again.  then reload/distribution and see if it is there.
