Hello, We are planning to upgrade from 11.20 to 12.10 soon.Do we install 12.10 first and then install 12.10 SR2 (or) can we just upgrade directly from 11.20 to 12.10 SR2. Please let me know. Thanks!
You would upgrade directly to the service release you want, so in your case - 12.10 SR2. The online QlikView Help has a Deploying QlikView Guide - https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/12.1/pdf/Deploying%20QlikView.pdf. Suggest that you refer to Section 3 - Installing and Upgrading QlikView.
