Qlikview upgrade to 12.20 Latest version

I'm planning to upgrade the QlikView server and QlikView Publisher, and the version is 12.20. I need to know the best way to upgrade. Furthermore, I would like to upgrade to May 2021. What are your recommendations, please?

The best information regarding QlikView Server/Publisher upgrades and migrations can be found in the QlikView Help entry Upgrading and Migrating QlikView Server.

I would suggest that you upgrade the current release of QlikView Server May 2023. The version you mentioned, May 2021, reached end of life last year, May 2023.
