Reload tab empty

Hi all,

I've got QV server 9 SR3 installed on a server, and I'd like to have the server reload documents via a schedule. However, although the reload tab is present in QMC, it's completely empty! Screenshot (document names removed):

Can anybody give me a pointer as to how to get the contents of the tab?

Uninstall, delete "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\QlikTech\Publisher" folder and reinstall, should work, regards
