You are writing "keeps failing after June 2019", but your log shows a single failure. So I assume that it works for the most so there no change in data structures or field names that are causing your trouble.

My best guess would be that you sometimes lack system resources. Do you have multiple tasks running at the same time? The issue might reside in one of the parallel running tasks. Does your apps contain all history data and thereby increase in size for every day?

I would recommend  you to monitor your system resources while your tasks are running. You might need to increase ram and/or CPU.

Are you running on 64bit windows server? If so then you should consider to do an upgrade. The newer versions handle parallel triggered tasks better than QV 11.13 that is old and no longer supported by Qlik.

Leo, would need to see the actual failed task log in this case in order to provide any good theories, the script/document log may prove useful as well, and if there is no script/document log, that would indicated Vegar may be on the right track with things regarding the task never really launching things.  Both of the log snippets you attached show things ran successfully, so I am at a loss, but the timestamps of those logs do not seem to match the tasks that failed, just FYI.  Sorry I do not have something better here, but need the actual task logs from the failed entries etc. as noted above to provide something better.

Regards,
Brett
