I've added rounded corners to my tables and selectors in the QVW file.
When I hit Web-View (as how it's displayed when looking through a browser at your QVW) my rounded corners are gone!
Now they are straght.
Is this default functionality(e.g. the browser version doesn't support rounded corners?)?
Hello,
It may be a default feature, because certainly it shows square corners, but rounded corners do show in both AJAX and IE Plugin (the latter displays WYSIWYG).
Hope that helps.
but what am I doing wrong ?
why isn't it showing rounded corners when I het web-view?
Nothing wrong there. When I use WebView it also displays rounded corners as square. But once in the server and opened with AJAX (and plugin above all) they appear right.
When I look it in server (with IE) I'm still facing SQUARE corners.
But maybe I'm missing the plug-in part?
Could you ellaborate more on the plug in part? (I'm now just looking at http://myserver/qlikview via IE) and still looking at SQUARES.
Hello,
If your browser is Internet Explorer and you have installed the plugin, you can access the server like
qvp://server
which opens a dialog displaying the list of documents and asking the user and password if they are different from the user already logged on.
You can expand the opening options in the blue arrow icon at the top right of each thumbnail, and select "IE Plugin" instead of "AJAX zero footprint"
But it should work, and it does, using both qvp:// (only IE Plugin) and http:// (IE Plugin and AJAX)
The document has WebView disabled when published and "Styling Mode" set to "Advanced" in the Document Properties.
Hope that helps
Hi Folks,
Rounded corners do not render in the Qlikview Reporting Module either. If any object with rounded corners is brought into a report it squares the rounded corners. Has anybody else experienced this issue and been able to resolve it?
Kind Regards,
Footsie
Rounded corners seem to render using Ajax in IE and Chrome, but not in Firefox.

Webview uses IE. Rounded corners support were added in IE9, so if you have IE 8 or older installed you won't see rounded corners in webview.
Using QV 11.2 SR6 is the same issue so i have created a QV Support Case for thisthat seem a Bug.
