Scheduling a task from a server to run on another server

I have a number of servers in the organization. I would like to Schedule the load of an application that resides on a server in the US from a server in Hong Kong and then publish a pdf file from the Hong Kong server to a number of users on the network. Is this possible ?  

I have a publisher license on the Hong Kong server and SBE license on the US server.
