Screen freezes when clicking on the QlikView icon

Dear QlikTeam,
We would like to inquire about a phenomenon in which the screen freezes when clicking on the calendar icon as shown in the screen capture on certain PCs and departments.
When you click the icon, you can specify the start date and end date.
The symptom is that when you click on the icon, the screen freezes and nothing happens.
After using it well, I suddenly noticed the above symptoms.
Where did the problem occur?
Is there any way to take action?
Please respond when possible.

The opened window is hidden by other windows or more likely on the outside of the screen and just waiting on any action. It could happens by a changing multi-monitor environment. Helpful is often to close everything unless QlikView to see anywhere a border of the window and/or forcing all windows on the main-screen.

Hi @qwebnm,

Try resetting the monitor position of QlikView Desktop by deleting entries under the [WindowPos] in the Settings.ini file. Refer to article QlikView Desktop does not start - or becomes unresponsive when opening a dialog box for further details.
