Search object in Ajax

Good day,

When I use a "Search" object in my application and uncheck the "allow move / size", this behavior doesn't work in the Ajax version.

Moreover, the user is forced to manually remove his previous selection before doing a new search.

(QlikView server v9 SR7)

Is this 2 known bugs ?

Are they solved in the v10 ?

Is there a workaround ?
