failed to open document you don't have access to the server

Hi, I search in related post but i don't find nothing about my problem.

We have some document with section access and some without control.

When we try to open any document with browser IE we recived this error:

failed to open document, you don't have access to the server

also for document that haven't section access.

With the client all works fine.

Any idea?

HI Cominuco,

This types of error usually occurs when you try to access an application without authorization.

So I would suggest you to assign proper privilages to the users on application, Then try to access the application via access point.
