Section Access Issue

I am new to section access

i am getting problem in acess point  with  the  admin credintials

but its working fine for other normal users

Please help me if any body knows

Right click on the My Computer icon and check for computer name.

Now enter user name as YourComputerName\administrator

This might work for you.
